We will provide leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and equitable administration of policies and procedures, thus fostering a positive work environment. We will strive to develop an organizational culture where employees exhibit ethical behavior, trust, respect, teamwork, and responsive customer service while striving for efficient and effective performance of public services. We do this with an emphasis on customer service based on consultation and communication with the Wells County community.
